Project Overview

GREEN & HEALTHY je višegodišnja inicijativa koju finansira Evropska unija i provodi se u partnerstvu s CIHEAM Bari, jednim od vodećih mediteranskih centara za poljoprivredna istraživanja i obuku. Cilj projekta je transformacija sektora organske hrane u Bosni i Hercegovini kroz izgradnju sveobuhvatnog ekosistema podrške za proizvođače, potrošače i ruralne zajednice.

U središtu projekta nalazi se mreža od 8 inovacijskih hubova — specijalizovanih centara smještenih širom oba entiteta BiH, koji pružaju obuke, laboratorijske usluge, podršku za pristup tržištu i programe razvoja zajednice. Ovi hubovi služe kao mostovi između tradicionalnog znanja o poljoprivredi i savremenih poljoprivrednih inovacija.

Povezujući ruralne proizvođače s urbanim tržištima, podržavajući procese organske certifikacije i educirajući potrošače o prednostima organske hrane, GREEN & HEALTHY stvara održiv prehrambeni ekosistem koji koristi svima — od farme do trpeze.

Support Organic Production

Provide technical assistance, training, and certification support to organic producers across BiH.

Strengthen Innovation Hubs

Build and equip 8 Innovation Hubs as centres for agricultural innovation and community development.

Connect Producers to Markets

Create digital and physical market access pathways linking rural producers with urban and export markets.

Educate Consumers

Raise awareness about organic food, sustainability, and healthy eating among consumers and young people.
