Brčko Calls You Taste It – Green&Healthy BiH case study area
Brčko District is home to one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most traditional and typical agricultural products, including okra, a vegetable with deep roots in the local culinary and farming tradition. As a product holding Protected Geographical Indication status, Brčko okra represents the quality, uniqueness, and heritage of the region.
Alongside okra, the Brčko District area is also recognized for a variety of other quality local products, including honey, dairy products, and others that reflect the diversity of the region's food production. These products will be available for purchase at the House of Healthy Food in Brčko, one of the promotion and sales innovation hubs established under the Green and Healthy BiH project.
